Nobo House receives about twice as many applications as we have spaces available. Most campers who join us and choose to return to Burning Man come back to Nobo House. People are drawn here by the people, the culture, the sense of family, and the shared effort that goes into building camp together.

General applications are open

We welcome anyone interested in joining Nobo House to apply for a general camp role. Tell us enough about yourself for us to understand who you are, what you can contribute, how you show up in shared work, and what kind of camp experience you want to help create.

High-value skills we are actively seeking

Some skillsets are especially useful to camp this year. If you bring one of these skills, it may improve our ability to help you access a Burning Man ticket through camp allocation. It is not a guarantee, but it does help us prioritize scarce spaces.

• Cooking: Experience cooking for large groups and supporting a camp kitchen team.
• Electrician: Prior experience with generators, power distribution, and temporary electrical grids.
• Set Designer / Production Artist: Ability to design and build interiors, decor, or smaller set pieces.
• Special Talent: A skill, craft, performance, or contribution that helps camp or levels up the Burning Man experience for others.

Use the application to be specific. The more clearly you describe your experience, availability, and willingness to help, the easier it is for us to understand where you could fit.
